Client/Initiative: CLE Fit
Project: Summer Events & 52 Weeks of Fitness
Objective: To inspire individuals to step out of their comfort zones, explore new forms of group fitness, and embrace a healthier lifestyle by offering diverse and accessible fitness opportunities.
Challenges:
Community Engagement: Encouraging community members to try new and potentially intimidating fitness activities.
Resource Management: Organizing free community events and securing the necessary resources and sponsorships to support the initiative.
Awareness and Outreach: Effectively marketing the events to reach a wide audience and foster participation.

Approach:
Summer Fitness Events:
Hosted a series of free summer fitness events at Tremont Park, featuring activities such as CrossFit, yoga, music, vendors, and more.
Designed the events to be inclusive and welcoming, providing a platform for participants to try different fitness activities in a supportive environment.
52 Weeks of Fitness:
Launched a year-long initiative where participants visited a different wellness business each week to try new fitness activities.
Partnered with local wellness businesses that offered discounted or free classes, encouraging community members to try something new.
Secured sponsorship from Door to Door Organics, which offset costs and provided funding for marketing materials such as shirts, magnets, and posters.

Results:
Community Impact: CLE Fit successfully engaged the local community, helping many individuals break out of their comfort zones and discover new fitness passions.
Participation and Growth: The summer events and 52 Weeks of Fitness program were well attended, with strong community support and participation.
Brand Recognition: The initiative enhanced CLE Fit’s visibility and reputation as a community-focused wellness movement, with positive feedback from participants and partners alike.
