Custom Retreat Apparel for Loya Yoga: Costa Rica 2019 🌴

When Loya Yoga planned their Costa Rica retreat, they wanted apparel that felt just as intentional and inspiring as the experience itself. The goal was to create something lightweight, wearable, and meaningful. A piece attendees would love both during the retreat and long after returning home.

For this project, we designed and printed custom tanks for the January 2019 retreat in Costa Rica using Bella+Canvas Ladies Muscle Tanks with a clean two-color print.

Costa Rica’s “Pura Vida” lifestyle was a big influence behind the design direction. The artwork focused on simplicity, balance, and relaxed energy. Exactly what you want people to feel when they step into a yoga retreat.

Using a two-color print allowed the design to stay bold and readable while keeping the overall look minimal and modern. The result was a graphic that popped on the fabric without overpowering the natural, laid-back aesthetic of the brand.

For retreat apparel, comfort matters. Bella+Canvas muscle tanks are soft, breathable, and flattering, making them ideal for movement, travel days, and casual wear around the retreat grounds.
